The WATER WARS are just beginning and one of the biggest so far is in Bolivia. There is no doubt that the word Democracy isn't always correct when describing the Latin American governments, BUT.....the overuse of the FEAR MONGERING WORD OF COMMUNISM is soooooooooo tired...... anyone that wants to make a difference STILL is branded a communist......while they have NOT used the word FASCIST to describe the current trend in Guatemala where the Right Wing Murderers from Reagan era wars is making a HUGE comeback and trying to change the constitution there to get reelected......
