Do you want to beat Bill Clinton at his game now.

In President Bush's State of the Union Address last January, he said:

"Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. ( Hawk what is this.) Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike? If this threat is permitted to fully and suddenly emerge,( Again Hawk what is Bush saying here. Now don't play with words since this will prove your loss in the argument) all actions, all words, and all recriminations would come too late."
