FG, I was strolling through some old posts and may have discovered the "spark" that grew into the wild fire/rumor that "Joe Copia is the king of shorting stocks, even if he picks them long". Well sir, I have never ever shorted a stock (I sure could have. Many $$$ I lost by staying the long course. Obviously there were some occasions, (maybe 5+?) that I posted some stocks that looked liked they were prime candidates shorting, and I posted my opinion. You know, 504 paper, S8's, derivatives, etc which are key alerts to shorters such as yourself. But my nature is to be positive and would never enjoy making money from some persons being long and wrong. I took off 11 months from trading in 2003 and may come back and play both sides. When I do I will state such. Until then, peace! PS> I am replying to a post almost 4 years old yet you and others continue and blatantly still suggest that I do "short" stocks. I invite you and all your forces to prove this "short" fact. My punishment for lying will be of your choice. I prefer a public hanging on free TV, not pay-per-view, but that is actually a mute point.
