From yesterday's Russell Incidentally (pardon me for skipping around), the silver stocks are doing well. In the past I've recommended PAAS, SSRI, HL, CDE, and I still recommend them. The chart below shows SSRI just surging out of its base. Like gold, the silvers are still in the accumulation phase. I like them, and I like the silver stock action.> I can't copy the chart but the label says SSRI: <ALert Ascending Triple Top Breakout on 18 November 2003>
