it will be interesting to see what is in the bill. I have a company medical plan and it covers prescription drugs. I pay various amounts for mail order from cost, to $30. to $60 depending on drug.. Now how much of my plan is attributed to drugs in the total monthly payment.. At present it is not broken out. I expect with this new bill I will kicked out of the prescription plan and forced to join the medicare plan when it becomes available so the company can save money. In the end i believe this plan will cost me more than my company plan.. Kind of waiting to see how the various analysts review the details of the bill.

I expect there may be some type of supplemental insurance through the company.

another confusing item ,, i heard the medicare bill for drugs couldn't negotiate a deep discount for drugs.. then i listen to the health secretary talk about a 25% expected decrease in cost of drugs from this bill because of medicare negotiations.. Which interpretation in correct?
