Allan can you comment at all on the interest rate situation in England. How many more hikes will it take to bust the housing bubble. Perhaps it is like the US 2000 Naz bubble that was going to be popped regardless of whether or not GReenspan hiked rates or not. If and when that bubble is popped, would you actually expect rates to start heading lower? Thanks. If this is too OT here them please PM me. I am very interested in what is happening in England right now in these regards. M
