Simple truths are easily forgotten But the fact of the matter is during the Clinton years we had prosperity, we were not that affected by terror, we had the respect of the world and the cooperation of the world intelligence community. And here comes Bush and within 9 short months we had the WTC attack. He took off for a Texas vacation, the US let off its guard which it maintained during Clinton years and lo and behold the terrorists struck The result isn't so much a war on terror, as it is a war on the American people. Likewise we'll be seeing all manner of revisionist history today, on JFK. When you look at revisionist history and strip away all the noise, what's left are those who lose, those who gain, and those who excuse or suppress the facts.
