So now we are basically back to where we were before bombing Iraq. that is bald faced lie. Why would you try to say such as that? Did you bother to read anything in that list? You think the courts operated independently during the reign of Saddam? You think any of the schools taught independently of what Saddam wanted them to teach? you think all the schools were "bombed" or do you think they were run down by years of neglect so Saddam could build some more palaces? you think teachers and doctors were earning more or less under the rule of Saddam before? Did bombing Iraq cause all those weeds to choke up the canal system? the media was free under Saddam? the papers? radio? come and go as they wish? Religious festivals now ok...you think the were ok before? do I need to go on????? Ok, how about Uda and Hosea, you think they started raping and killing when we started bombing, and it is just now getting back to normal? kids...how about the kids put in jail because of their parents disputes with Saddam. You think that just started when we bombed? He could have been removed with out a shot being fired Another lie...by whom...you? Why didn't you do it then? What 50,000 souls are you talking about...the Iraqi army? Saddams army? Do you suppose THEY could have taken out Saddam and laid down their weapons? I know you believe in the second coming of Christ. And when Christ comes back, he'll likely come back to his old neighborhood. He might have already been on earth. He might have been in Baghdad preparing to save the world. But what if one of the bombs Bush dropped has already killed Christ? I will assume you know nothing of scripture...or God, and just tell you that you will KNOW when Christ comes again, and Christ died ONCE for all....you cannot kill God. One last thing...IMO, here is your bottom line and it is easy to recognize: It's cost a lot in treasure* and blood to do it this way.* a lefty will always put HIS pocketbook first...
