Deficit spending = weaker dollar. Since we're 15% weaker I guess that's the amount of extra debt Bush is sending to our kids to pay off for him. It does make America weaker. It effects our power in the world. We're just lucky oil prices are pegged to the dollar. But a lot of things are not.
