Lindy, it is not the question of Bush going down. I agree that the Shias know they are going to run things. However, when they get the power their mullahs will be aligned with Iran instead of the US and off course they will face a constant threat from the Sunnis and the Baathists from Syria. And then the Turks will be lurking in the North to come in and grab the oilfields of Mosul. These are just my armchair speculations. After all I thought this is what this thread is all about where we do not make any personal attacks on those who post here but instead like the journalists of the media, this thread will provide the forum to state our viewpoints and opinions and what we see coming down the political pipe.
