You're probably right (you seem pretty well informed in general <g>), but I wonder about whether that extends to all the extensions. As I recall, some of Intel's recent graphics oriented extensions were not available to AMD, so perhaps there are limits to the agreement(s). But I really don't know the true situation, so I'll defer to superior knowledge.
