Global economy, increasing demand for basic materials, protectionist american policies, rising $CDN. Maybe we won't fall into the abyss with the US. Yes we just need a Gov/PM that can work it all out with Asia/China and tell Yanks to FO. I look forward to buying a condo in Florida when real estate collapses and the $CDN is near par with $USD.
