Republicans have no prescription drug plan for most of the seniors. Many seniors can get their drugs cheaper by buying in Canada than by using the proposed plan. The donut hole in the present plan has a huge gap in coverage. The plan encourages people to cheat on their asset level to take advantage of the plan.
