I hope we can force all business to somehow or another provide minimal preventative care coverage. That is what California just passed. A "Fascist" solution. ie: Control of the business instead of ownership of it. On a State level, it will force retailers to cover employees, and Manufacturers/Wholesalers to leave the state to be competitive. That is exactly what is happening in California. Then your locals not only have no health insurance, they are out of work.
