You are wrong. These "programs" are ALREADY BANKRUPT based on any reasonable actuarial analysis. They are FRAUDULENT schemes dreamed up by STUPID POLITICIANS! They account for their "trust funds" in a FRAUDULENT manner! They use actuarially unsound projections in a FRAUDULENT manner! Any private organization that ran such a FRAUDULENT scheme would be prosecuted under the laws that Congress has passed. Yet, Congress exempts itself from the laws that it imposes on others.
