The A Warrant (NMTXW) expires 12/8/97.
The B Warrant (NMTXZ) expires 12/8/99.

The As can be exercised at $4.95/sh. (1.1 times the $4.50)
The Bs can be exercised at $5.85/sh. (1.3 times the $4.50)

The $4.50 comes from the closing price at which the stock was when they issued UNITS at 2 times the closing price OR $9.00/unit. Subsequently, these UNITS split into 2 commons and 1 each of the As and Bs warrants.

Both are callable at this time.

Novametrix, more likely than not will be in the 9 to 12 price range before the As expire. Tucker Anthony, who recently put out a BUY rec, stated that they project I believe it to be 12 to 15 by Spring 98 and about 25 shortly thereafter. They also stated that NMTX is a prime takeover candidate.
