BM, I just returned from Ottawa(boring town) visiting Agiss. I was STUNNED with their business plan. This company has so much going on that their due diligence kit does not do justice. The Canadian gov't equivalent of our GSA(the US office responsible for the awarding of contracts) is called the Public Works & Gov't Service Canada. Their Treasury Board has allocated to this department 4 Billion dollars (Cdn) for Y2K. Now, here is the good part- the man in charge of Procurement for Information Technology name is Francios Heburt. I should say was head of IT, because he retired and joined Agiss!!! AGCR has the only automated solution( that is a critical distiction) and can deliver secure results cheaper than anyone else. AGCR has the exclusive license for Canada from Consygen. Agiss could easily receive 30% of the Canadian Y2K market. Do the math!! There is so much going on that it would take me pages to explain but I left that meeting thinking WOW. Mike Irving
