We are having our first serious snow storm today. The woods with the new fallen snow is beautiful as long as I can look at it through windows.

Why would they do this? Your costs of those things that are traded in US dollars like oil, gas, etc. are getting cheaper or at least staying stable in price. I am sure the producers of some commodities are putting heat on because of rising costs, but most of these producers are realizing higher prices for their products. What am I missing?
