Hello Geneat, I think we could argue this point ad nauseum....I think I understand your point of view about the "large institutionals" accumulating large amounts of shares on the "cheap". If that is true, than I am, as a small investor, more than willing for them to "get in line" first. I think the risk here is far greater at these levels for the small investor. If AIPN is able to secure necessary partnership to actually produce oil from the Kazak field, there will be plenty of time for the small investor to buy, at higher levels, with much less downside risk. I'm continuing to monitor the situation, but would not consider buying unless and until more definitive information is available in regard to any partnership agreements. I think I'll just lurk for now, it becomes very unproductive and tiresome defending "motive". Good luck to you, bp
