The problem for Bush with those ads is that it increases his *negative* ratings which are already sky high with 33% of people who definitely won't vote for Bush. Sure he might win some swing voters on his side with the ads, but can he afford to piss off anymore fence sitters? I think not. I think the angry people are going to show up in droves in 04.
