AJ: I understand your points; my experience with PCFN has been less than positive. As of today (8/12) I still have not heard from them regarding e-mails sent last week; nor have I received an e-mail confirmation for a purchase transaction made mid-day on 8/11. We have 1 phone line; I prefer to use e-mail so as to maintain my internet connection. I also do not like long phone holds; with PCFN I prefer to have a written correspondence trail since my earlier phone calls with them resulted in differing interpretations of my questions. It seems to me like they are headed in the same direction as AOL; AOL is still dealing with the aftermath of their problems.
