Saying Turkey in a "process" towards democratization, where "pressure for such pluralism is emerging" is just not correct

It may not be correct for Turkey as a single entity, but the context of the link was Turkey as a part of the Muslim sphere of influence where it represents the leading edge of secularization that Al Qaeda is fighting. I admit that it may not be valid to lump all Muslim nations together, but that type of conglomeration does seem to be part of he Al Qaeda agenda. If Turkey is pushed into chaos it may lose it's coherency.
