Hello Pezz, Report:

In keeping with tradition, and in managing my NEM hobby as if it is rental real estate property, I shorted:

(a) one dollop of NEM January Put strike 42.5 for 1.50/shr
(b) one dollop of NEM January Put strike 45 for 2.60/shr

... since I have so many shorted calls that will likely be exercised against me resulting in a lot of my NEMs being called away at 40, 42.5 and maybe even 45.

Besides, chasing NEM is probably perfectly safe for a while, seeing how we are in an apparent bull market for stocks in general, and for NEM in particular.

The BurnAndKaput guarantee and the Greensputin put may be depended upon, for a short time, to hold up the general paper asset markets, and to gradually pump up NEM as well.

Chugs, Jay
