Gerald...First of all, thanks for your concern about me. Here are just a few observations of mine....Numerous people on here are asking questions as to how high they think NAMX will go? Well, my suggestion to EVERYONE on this thread is to download I-Trader and look at the stock's activity EACH & EVERY day. It is the ONLY way you can get a feel as to what is really going on with the stock. I counted the trades yesterday and there were 38. Not a lot of buyer & sellers, just a large amount of shares being bought and sold. Remember, 3 million shares of a .20/stock isn't that much. Besides on 8-8-97, most of the gains NAMX has experienced have been b/c the stock has gapped in the morning. As in this morning, stock gapped 3 cents before the bell. Stock performs better at night than during the day. I always love coming back to a thread and seeing all the ~NEW~ investors coming out of the woodwork when the stock price starts to accelerate. These people are here for one reason and one reason only: To make a quick buck! And there is NOTHING wrong with that! I just hope the regulars on here don't start believing that these people are actually interested in this company and the Em-Sounder technology. Check their personal profiles and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I can honestly say, that I'm happy for a few on this thread that have recouped some of their losses. I just hope they protect their slim profits and not ride this thing down to a dime again. If Ebeling wasn't involved, I think the prospects for this company may actually be promising. I can't forget what happened to TEIM, DACQ, & TRGC. Ebeling put on a nice hype campaign for TEIM and took us all for a nice ride. Take a look at Trinity Oil & Gas(TRGC). Read the thread and read the news releases. They took TRGC all the way to $5 bucks and then, just like always, it came crashing back down to earth. The question remains: How high can NAMX go? Well,I would suggest to everybody to set TIGHT stop losses and look at each individual transaction via I-Trader. In TEIM, DACQ, & TRGC there were huge amounts of block sells at the end of the day, i.e...1/2, 1, & 2 million blocks. It's the classic "pump & dump" scenario. It happened with the first three, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen here. Remember the common denominator folks!
A few questions to the intelligent & devoted investors of NAMX. From the press release, it appears that the Helium plant won't be finished till 1998. So, wouldn't that put actual income for NAMX almost 1 year away? Has anyone actually determined how NAMX will afford to drill 50 more wells? Has anyone spoken with a UPR representative about the proposed 50 well program. Since NAMX is a non-reporting company, it will continue to be virtually impossible to determine revenue & earnings per share figures for NAMX. Does ANYONE actually know how many outstanding shares there are? I would assume, since NAMX doesn't have to file quarterly reports, the answer to this question may never be answered. Has anyone spoken with Ebeling or Stamm about NAMX eventually becoming a reporting company?
