They say that Ryan addressed his D the night before and stated "No matter what happens, you guys will always be my heroes" They knew he was as good as gone after the season. (He took the Philly job days after the Super Bowl). Dan Hampton's response was to throw a chair through the blackboard. The D responded and the Pats didn't know what hit them. The amazing games were the divisional playoff against the Giants (I still remember Sean Landeta missing the ball when attempting a punt deep in his own territory) and the championship game against the Rams when Buddy boldly stated that Dickerson would fumble three times 21-0 over the Jints and 23-0 over the Rams......Now that's dominance
