I'm sure Spain will be glad to hear they can increase their population to a billion and still have their 'fringe' youth going to the Gap and Starbucks. There's some problems with logic here ... <ng> btw, I seriously doubt that 1 billion/economy the size of Spain figure, given the Arabian oil revenues, but if it were true, it would account for a large part of the problem we have here.
