politics is not something that is fought in the court of law of which impeachment is a part of. Allow me to split that into to 2 : - Politics is something that is fought over, whenever there is an electiion. You vote yay or nay. simple as that. - impeachment is a legal process that has to stand up to scrutiny in a legal sense. "john Doe" does not have a choice to vote "yes, impeach this person".
