Mark, One of the reasons that Fujitsu might be reluctant to let Ross go down the drain is that they did screw up in a major way by not overseeing the company to prevent last years major losses. They are afterall the majority shareholder and have a lot of power through the board of directors. They might get in some legal hot water if they just let it slide. Just my unexpert opinion of course! Niek L.
