FOLLOW-UP ON DJ ARTICLE
I spoke with both the writer of the Friday DJ story and her editor.
Both were very nice and well-meaning. The reporter did not appear to be familiar with C&D as shorters. The editor was familiar with C&D, and we discussed the merits of both pro and "con" point of view. During this pleasant discussion, it became clear that a "con" point of view should not be sought only from a known shorter in a stock from such a volatile area. (BTW- C&D should be cons, but the type wearing stripes and making license plates!) I think she understood that readers who were potential investors might not be aware of C&D's past actions and thus would trust in them as "analysts".

I left the conversation feeling that something would be done for future articles in terms of better researching of sources. The damage to PNLK has been achieved by the shorters in the long run, but has created a wonderful buying opportunity for the patient investor. This is such a young sector and this will be just one bump in the road...
