Re: "Bush started a war for political and monetary gain"

I don't buy that premise.

Re: "...(Bush)gave us a false sense of security..."

LOL. What'd'ya mean "us." And when did YOU ever write of how YOU felt so secure in this war that you could now say you developed a false sense of security thanks to President Bush?

Re: "Bush is directly responsible for the deaths of many of our boys and many others as well. Maybe he made an innocent patriotic mistake, but I doubt it."

You're notion that Bush is directly responsible for deaths is hedged by your "maybe he made a patriotic mistake... ." A forgiving thought, however, I feel Bush made a patriotic and proper decision to liberate Iraq. Saddam and Osama are directly responsible, by their words and DEEDS, for our response AND our dead soldiers.

Re: "...lies and corruption. Put it all together and Bush is more of a threat to us than Saddam was."

Put it all together, and we've got a tough fight against very real threats(which we've noticed aren't likely very healthy for us in the long run). This tough fight is nothing new to those of us who listened to the long term estimation given by the Bush Administration from the get go, if rightfully scary to all. Some of us are resolute anyway, some of us are not(your choice!). It's a free Country. I remember watching firstruns of movies like "Woodstock" & "Joe" & "Easy Rider," I didn't vote for Bush(any Bush, ever), and the reactionary "love it or leave it" attitude of "Joe" for instance, doesn't sit well with me. But naturally...

Let me put it this way. Today Paul Harvey said of folks misquoting him, something akin to "until these people on the internet are policed, I'm afraid we just may not be able to trust what we find there."

While I'm sure Paul Harvey and I are firmly in favor of Freedom of Speech, I also think he's right above, purely because lying isn't approved in the Constitution. Lots of unfounded unproven allegations of lies get worded as if they were forgone truisms on the GWB thread. Clearly such flies from the left against Bush around here; egregious(conspicuously bad) and unfounded, it isn't even legal speech, IMHO.
