Nice solutions in the abstract. I don't think they'd work so nicely in practice. If we don't know where the Pak nukes are, we aren't doing our job. Not a tough item to find. A Delta Team could take them. Use a couple of B-52s on orbit with JDAMs for Arty support - I am available anytime the DOD needs a planner :>) - I am sure the Indians would love to help on Intel. No "legitimency" will be required if the Terrorists get far enough to knock over the Saudi Princes. Both situations are extremely bad. But we have to be prepared for the worst.
