Jo and Everyone, Thanks a bunch. My defragmentation went well. System is back to normal performance. So, I'm cancelling the tech. visit this morning. Now that I backed-up the data on zip drive, I can afford for the disk to fail... Meanwhile, planning on buying an external harddrive and do image on my C drive with USB connection. For a 120G C drive, what do you recommend? Another 120G or less than that? Am I on the right track? Thanks.
