There are additional commitments of up to $5mm as I recall. Based on their track record, investment capital should not be a problem. I believe that NAMX will split drilling cost on successful wells. The North American Drilling fund will also raise funds for the exploration phase which will probably result in share liquidation as we continue. This has to be looked at by us as well. The Drilling Fund is a wild card that's great for the heavy hitters, but out of the reach of most of us little guys. << Does ANYONE actually know how many outstanding shares there are? I would assume, since NAMX doesn't have to file quarterly reports, the answer to this question may never be answered. Has anyone spoken with Ebeling or Stamm about NAMX eventually becoming a reporting company?>> I spoke to Paul Ebeling about this question yesterday. They are still inventorying shares, but will release a figure soon. He has, from day one told me that his goal is to run a very conservative company and to make it a fully reporting company as soon as possible. I understand that he has disappointed you in the past. So far, almost all of his statements have come true and I see no reason why NAE can not become a fully reporting company with a NASDAQ listing within a year if not sooner. Yeah, I see this above $3.00 within twelve months. Hunter, oil and gas exploration is Paul's gig. He is good at it. He is no Francis Ford Coppola. Tridon was initially a movie production company.
