At least prospectively? There has been almost a one month time lag during which DJ and First Call have continued the reporting of ASND's failure to meet estimates. Since that has not been the case it is more than reasonable to assume that Ascend's management cannot dispute the reporting but still hopes to benefit by any lingering confusion that they themselves have caused.
