Chairman buying nearly $500K of stock before a proposed secondary may be a message to the underwriters trading the stock. I am guessing there is at least a 50/50 chance that the secondary will be pulled (or converted to a shelf) at current prices. There must be many shorts waiting for the SPO to cover. There must also be bulls that are waiting for the SPO to add, as I have been. This is one interesting game.
