David/Steve: I hear you... The attorneys' were going for 19% + expenses and like you said, they will get their share!

They have a claim amount based on when you bought and sold (or held), but knowing how much trading happens in this stock, I really do not see how they can stop fraudulent claims. Let us assume a trader got in and got out several times in the time period, if he were to claim based on what he had left at the end of the claim period, there is no real easy way to stop that. Most brokerage trade confirmations make it easy for this type of fraud.
