Thanks for the website link. I am surprised that this has not led to more discussion here - there must be a few people on SI who still own this stock.

They should do a vigorous search for any one suspected of committing fraud. It would be that hard to prove - just supoena the brokerage firm records. Whether anyone would pursue this is another question. After the attorneys get their money they are on to other victims pretty quick.

I suspect a bigger problem will be people with legitimate claims who did not keep records and cannot get the documentation required, and those who do not hear about the settlement or miss the deadline.
