Of course, he needs the "fat, lazy American" to BUY the stuff, and if he has no money, the "fat, lazy American" will get credit cards by the dozen courtesy our Printing Press Operator-in-Chief uncle, Alan Greenspan, so he can buy all the stuff and consume it and become a "fatter, lazier American"!
