Sorry, I still see the good behind it and don't understand the complaints.

What's particularly noteworthy is that most of the Democrats who voted for this thing just two months ago reversed their position, including the author of the original measure, State Senator Gil Cedillo.

Of course..........they have no choice. Arnold is on his honeymoon and they can't object to anything he wants.......good or bad. Its a dangerous time..........for the next 6 months, there no longer will be two parties in CA but rather a rubberstamp for Arnold who really doesn't know squat about running a state.

Having said that, he has brought on some good people. For the sake of the western states, I hope he pulls it off.
