Well Gary S. I think Mr. Kiritz has just opened a can of worms. I might save alot of peoples time and energy by saying that a quick and detailed response including historical source material relating to your company is advised. I know this sounds a bit intrusive, but your job as IR is to provide information that relates to those investing in AIPN.

This information does relate in providing a credibility base for your statements to shareholders.

The reason I put it this way is manyfold.

1. Due to recent events in the market place, investors are beginning to become more aware of tactics used by companies to hype dollars away from them only to evade culpability when deal goes sour.(In many cases this is intentional)

2. Investors in AIPN are mostly here because of the Kazak deal which although potentially lucrative, stills contains many important wrinkles to iron out.

3. Investors are also beginning to realize that CEO's and other Exec's
don't always realize themselves who they get involved with and in the urgency and priority of more "important" matters. Case in point-Bre-X doesn't pay enough attention to hired Geologists because busy with PR.(Example a bit tainted because of the whole saga, but it makes the point) Investors want to know who you are, what you are and why you are and how long you have been. They also would like a portfolio of past clients with verifiable references.

Since Mr. Kiritz asked this question, many other will begin to ask, and any delay in responding or digested key word answers will only start making their ears itch. Please trust me on this.

If you are legit, then you will have no problem with these inquiries as you understand them to be only due diligence on behalf of the investors and not a personal attack on you. I have asked similiar questions to many company executives, and those that are professional have never taken offence. They understand the "put me in your shoes" motivation.

I hope this might alleviate a barrage of questioning that most certainly will occur shortly by many others who begin to understand the value of knowing.

Mr. Kiritz has a right to be nervous since he and many others feel like they are treading in dark water. Not a good feeling.

Thanks you.
