I'm thinking that this has more to do with relative value not a seasonal thing. You are correct that there won't be any work for a while. It may be as simple as SML has a property with more potential than its current market cap and the stock could rise during the winter in anticipation of realizing higher value when work starts. It's the old discounting thing the market does that makes me look stupid all the time. The important thing the news release says is that this appears to be a much bigger zone than commonly found and it's got good gold values in it.

What companies are you comparing it too to reason that it won't go up?
