I am afraid you are wrong. It was the universal opinion that he had WMDs. The disagreement had to do with the extent and composition, and the best way to deal with it. As for the Administration's alleged pressure, that is so far purely speculative, although you state it as fact. As for individual incidents, like the mattero of the Niger allegation, there has been no demonstration that anyone was trying to pull anything. The inclusion in the Bush speech was based on an allusion to British intelligence, and did not specifically name Niger. Whoever let it into the speech must have supposed that there was an independent allegation from British intelligence.........
