Duncan, I did not want to get into this, but you brought it up. Thank Giles for explaining this one more time. Giles, you said "I don't think ASND can correct the FIRST CALL 2nd QTR estimates b/c it would require polling the covering brokers to determine if their estimate was for ASND as a stand alone company or ASND the combined company albeit for one day, the last of the QTR." To which I will add, intelligent investors took all this into consideration when the report was published. Investors and analysts are responsible for obtianing and interpreting information on their own, this is not the companies responsibility. The company reported earnings as they were required to by GAAP. Further more, this is all history and has no bearing on the current situation. My siting the results from last quarter was only to illustrate that the company has come from behind before, and in my opinion, stands an even greater chance of doing it again this quarter. Wayde.
