fair by who's definition??? now there's the rub, isn't it?? you'll say, don't be silly -- there are standards that could be accepted internationally -- to that I say baloney -- I don't want to be a part of a world government organization. When I say free trade, that's what I mean, but that isn't what Bush means ... oops, slipping into politics again -- oh well. let's leave it. we've both got wildly different ideas on the role of governments in markets. I think 99 times out of 100 they make things worse, not better ...
