Robin,

Again, you have done an excellent job in keeping us informed of PRLN news. Again, I think I speak for all of us on the thread here when I thank you for your work and for going to the shareholders meeting and keeping us informed.

The next few days whould be interesting for the thread.

I read over that letter you posted. From my reading it, I believe it is real. Do you remember several humdred posts ago, when I read over the new Annual report and I enumerated the lies and deceptions that I found in it? Little did I know that Rhodes was duping us for several years (back to the 1995 annual report).

Is it possible to similarly get any info/letters/exhibits from the case of PRLN against Babish? This would be interesting to see if there is anything real there, or just a spiteful countersuit.

I agree that there is not much optimism here for PRLN. Everyone seems to lose here, Rhodes (if the allegations are pursued), the company, us the stockholders, and perhaps most importantly, the patients who may have had their quality of life significantly enhanced by AndroCAr or AndrVir, not to mention some of the numerous unscreened molecules in the library. I'm not saying that any of these drugs definitely work - we need proper clinical trials to absolutely deermine that (as I've said all along). However, there are promising signs. These same data are the major reasons to be optimistic. Whether it is feasible for the Company to pursue these drugs is doubtful. Dwindling cash, plummeting image, a squabbling board, loss of critical personnel, and losing the faith of investors (like us) are reasons to be quite pessimistic.

Anyway, Robin, I look forward to reading your report. Thnaks again!
