Your statement is not supported by what the General said. I wish your statement were true and I've seen that you have posted it several times. He probably meant OBL was out of the picture because he is in some cave and Al Queda continues w/o him. There is absolutely nothing in the general's statement that says the US is allied with or negotiating with OBL. Oh and by the way, what is a "unilateral negotiation?" Kind of like posting to one's self on SI? LOL - have a nice holiday!!
