The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a brokered private placement announced Oct. 2, 2003, and Oct. 15, 2003.
No. of shares:
12 million special warrants. Each special warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share and one-half of one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $1.50 per share until Oct. 13, 2006. If a receipt for the prospectus is not obtained from each jurisdiction in which it is filed within 90 days from the closing date, then as a penalty each special warrant will be exercisable for 1.08 common share and 0.54 of a warrant.
