I think whoever wins the primary will get a huge influx of cash so no candidate should be too concerned with money now, unless they need money for the primary. Also some big states in the west and northeast are so anti-Bush the democrat shouldn't spend any time in those. Just the swing states matter. Don't forget the PBA vote, democrats should wave that picture of all those southern white men high five-ing when that ignorant bill went though. There are a lot of anti-Bush votes in that particular piece of legislation. That is the kind of thing that Bush is not savvy about... the PBA ban is unconstitutional so no real change can be enacted, and he alienated a ton of female voters with that bill. Of course his supporters are for it, but they are in his camp already. He doesn't think before he starts wars or signs legislation.
