But, Bugs was not concerned about insignificant details like that. He was intently eyeing the electric fence that was surrounding the WiFi tower. The fence he was approaching as the balloons slowly lost altitude as a result of Bugs' extra weight.

I wonder if Bugs might be able to swing like a pendulum beneath those balloons and let go at just the right time (SuperHeroes have terrific timing, you know) ... and propel himself beyond the fence's boundaries?
