Cosmo,

You remember the old Will Rogers' line: How to make money in the stock market? Buy stocks that is going up? What if they don't go up? Then you don't buy 'em.

I have only one goal in this business, to buy stocks that is going up. I don't care what the company is or what it does. I generally don't even have a clue what the name is, only the ticker.

Today I was happy enough to be holding EGHT VOCL RTK POSO TGAL DSLN ONNN GOAM WHT. I owned EGHT only because Dabum a couple of weeks ago in a p.m. asked me what I thought of the chart: I said I thought it looked great. 13 trading days and 174% gain later I still thought it looked great but forced myself to sell and take the gain. My gut tells me if I want to buy back my shares on Friday I'll be able to do so in the low $6 range.

OMG is just a honey pie. Where is Esoteric? When it jumps a few dollars he usually shows up and we whoop it up. I think it's just about getting to the point where we can sell covered calls, unfortunately the highest strike for now is only $25. Maybe in the new year if we get a big goose up to $27 or so.

Lots of other high volatility stocks showing up every day, the task is to choose the right ones, avoid the wrong ones and keep a sharp eye on position management.

Happy Thanksgiving to all,

Kb
